At Agape Life Multicultural Services (ALMS), we deliver advanced, hospital-level wound care right where it’s needed most, in patients’ homes and care facilities across Texas, Arizona, Louisiana, Arkansas, Florida and Colorado.

Whether someone lives in a rural community, assisted living or is unable to travel due to illness or mobility challenges, ALMS ensures no patient is left behind. Our experienced wound care providers bring evidence-based treatment, personalized care plans and heartfelt support directly to those who need it most.

Why We Exist
Chronic and non-healing wounds can lead to serious complications including infection, hospitalization and even amputation. Yet too many people across Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Florida and Colorado go without proper wound care due to limited mobility, lack of transportation or simply not knowing that in-home care is an option.
That’s where Agape Life Multicultural Services (ALMS) comes in. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and wound care specialists deliver weekly, Medicare-covered care right where patients live. We coordinate with your primary care and specialty providers to ensure continuity, comfort and better healing outcomes without the burden of travel or long clinic waits.

Karan leads with both clinical excellence and heartfelt compassion. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with years of frontline experience, she’s dedicated to expanding access to high-quality wound care for underserved communities. Her leadership ensures every patient encounter is rooted in dignity, equity and evidence-based care.
Sharan Allen, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C,
Chief Operating Officer
Sharan combines operational strategy with hands-on clinical knowledge as a certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She is committed to streamlining care delivery, ensuring patients across multiple states receive consistent, high-level treatment. Her focus on innovation and access drives the mission behind every mobile visit.
